International cooperation does not stop during the quarantine, it only takes other forms
Participants from 5 countries, including a representative of the Lithuanian Police School (hereinafter referred to as LPS), took part in an international remote conference “International and National Security: Theoretical and Applied Aspects”, organized by the Dnipropetrovsk (Ukraine) State University of Internal Affairs. In his welcome speech, Vilius Motiejaitis, the Head of LPS, thanked for the exchange of valuable information regarding the cooperation of teachers and police training, implementation of international projects, exchange of good experience, and achievement of the goal.
The aim of the conference, organized by one of the leading scientific institutions in Ukraine, is to create a professional platform for open dialogue, which would allow the exchange of views, relevant information, and practical experience of national security in the context of modern global challenges.
Lithuanian Police School and the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs have been cooperating successfully for four years. During this time, they exchanged valuable information regarding the cooperation of teachers and police training, implemented international projects, shared good practices, and achieved goals. In addition, both institutions actively work on the international platform: they participate in the activities of the Association of European Police Colleges and carry out international projects together.
