Lithuanian Police School Officer Shares Expertise in Croatia
On 13-17 March 2023, Rasa Bačanskienė, Chief Specialist of Professional Tactics Division of Lithuanian Police School (LPM), was deployed in Croatia to participate as a trainer in the field of firearms training, self-defence, and professional tactics in the training organised by the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (FRONTEX). Before the training could start, the officer had to pass a practical test for the qualification of trainers, which she passed with the highest marks. During the FRONTEX training, Chief Specialist of Professional Tactics Division of LPM Rasa Bačanskienė not only shared her experience and good practice with FRONTEX officers and the international team of trainers, but also had a great opportunity to acquire new knowledge, training methods, and to see the training facilities and tools used in other countries.
For several years now, LPM trainers have been used as experts in professional tactics and marksmanship training organised by FRONTEX.
